Fully Designed & Executed Turnkey Villa Project
This completed villa project stands as a showcase of our full-scope interior and architectural services, delivered as a seamless turnkey solution. Our work began with architectural concept development, where we collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs. Using this input, we developed detailed architectural drawings and interior layouts that form the backbone of the design.
The interior design phase focused on creating elegant, livable spaces through refined material selections, customized finishes, lighting concepts, and a carefully balanced color palette. We provided full design supervision, ensuring that every element — from flooring and ceiling details to joinery and lighting — was implemented with precision and matched the approved design.
Our team managed the interior fit-out process, including site coordination, MEP integration, and execution of custom-made joinery works (wardrobes, kitchen units, doors, and feature walls). We also provided soft furnishings — including curtains, rugs, cushions, and décor accessories — all thoughtfully selected to complement the overall theme and create a welcoming atmosphere.
The final phase involved styling and staging, where we curated art pieces, accessories, and decorative elements to enhance each room’s character, completing the transformation from house to home.
From concept to completion, the entire project was managed under one roof, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. This villa now reflects a blend of modern sophistication and timeless elegance, tailored perfectly to the client’s vision.
